Return & Refund Policy
All products purchased on our website are eligible for refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase. Our policy lasts 21 days from the date the order is placed. If more than 21days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1. In the footer section, click on "Request a Return" and process your return or exchange.
2. Once we get your request of exchange or return, we will arrange to have the packet collected from you.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the money to your bank account within 7 working days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund after 15 days of the approval email please contact us at email@example.com
5. Sale items are non-refundable.
